Since many of our products are custom-made, we can only offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in specific cases.

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your product arrives damaged.
  • There is a defect in printing or product quality.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Wait for our team to review your request.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Customer size mistakes
  • Design approval errors by the customer
  • Minor color variations
  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect shipping information

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
